Time Out With Horses - Women
This programme is for vulnerable women and designed to be fun. It focuses on confidence-building along with gaining personal insights. Horses and donkeys help women create awareness of things such as personal space, body language and the ability to manage emotions. Attendees are encouraged and empowered.
