Time Out With Horses - Women

This programme is for wahine and designed to be fun. It focuses on confidence-building along with gaining personal insights. Horses and donkeys help women create awareness of things such as personal space, body language and the ability to manage emotions.
Attendees are encouraged and empowered.

Participants don’t need to have had experience with horses. We explore topics such as communication, identity, emotions, team work, leadership, fears, purpose, friendships, choices, self-talk and more. The ponies and donkeys help participants learn these skills in a tangible way. The majority of our work is ‘on the ground’, meaning students may not get to ride until the last session.
