Be prepared to learn and embrace our Vision and Mission.
Have your own transport.

Have some general farm skills and an enthusiasm to learn

You will need to undergo Police Vetting.
Hope's Hands volunteers can do a wide variety of tasks, some of which could be on the farm, and not necessarily involving the horses or donkeys.

Working with our Youth and Women
Be prepared to learn and embrace our Vision and Mission.
Have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with horses.
Be over 15 years old.
Have have your own reliable transport.
Be able to communicate well with people
Be reliable, trustworthy with a positive and mature outlook.
Be willing to work as part of a team.
Be sensitive to the needs of those that come to the farm and respectful of their unique backgrounds and situations.
